Golden Hill turquoise is from the mountains of Khazakstan. This distinctive cool blue turquoise is relatively new to the jewelry community, only introduced in 2014.  It can have an almost lavender appearance, and is considered durable amongst the turquoise varieties.

Turquoise is considered a strengthening stone and has long been used for depression or depleted energy. It is said to protect its wearer form falls, both physical and emotional. Turquoise enables verbal communication, and aids the healing of the throat. It empowers the owner to speak up for themselves and say what needs to be said.
