A polished piece of K2 granite is set in an 18k gold bezel with two 18k gold bails and an 18” sterling silver chain. The stone measures 28 x 20"mm. This handmade necklace is one-of-a-kind and made in the USA.
K2 granite is named after the mountain in the Karakoram Range near the border between Pakistan and China. K2 is the second highest mountain in the world. This blue stained granite is found near the base of the mountain, in a very remote area visited by very few people.
